• 50gr flinders cotton ply yarn (colours: beige, pink, red and off- white)
• 2.5 mm crochet hook
• 6 mm safety eyes

Legs (Make 2)
Beige yarn.
Rnd 1. 6 sc in MR (6)

Fasten and repeat rounds 1-3 for the second leg.
Do not fasten you will now join the legs and continue to make the body.
Body
Beige yarn.
Continue from the second leg and chain 3.
Then join to the first leg.

Start stuffing the mushroom head.

Fasten. Leave a long tail to close up the hole weave through front loops. Pull tightly to close the hole weave in loose ends.
Have the red surface of the mushroom top facing you.
Insert your hook through any of the front loops of round 17.
Join a piece of red yarn.
Chain 1 crochet in the base stitch of chain as the start of the round, (1sc,inc)*33, slst to close the round.
Arms (Make 2)
Beige yarn.
Rnd 1. 6 sc in MR (6)
Rnd 2. (2sc,inc)*2 (8)
Rnd 3-4. 8 sc (8)
Do not stuff the arms. You will now crochet through both loops.
4 sc to close the arm. Fasten and leave a long tail for sewing.
Flowers (Make 7)
White yarn.
Rnd 1. MR- (ch 2, 2dc, ch 2, slst)*4
Tighten magic ring. Fasten and leave a long tail for sewing.
Assembly
Sew head to body to the base of the mushroom head. Between rounds 22 and 23.
Sew arms to the body between rounds 11 and 12 and weave in loose ends.
Sew the flowers to the top of the mushroom head and weave in loose ends.
With pink yarn embroider the cheek lines. With dark brown embroidery thread embroider the eye brows and mouth (refer to the images to the right on how to embroider the mouth).
